1. Qué es Patita
Patita, de INVERSIONES MÚLTIPLES E & V LIMITADA, cédula jurídica 3-102-765868, da a veterinarias, clínicas, veterinarios de ganado y caballos, estéticas, hoteles, guarderías, paseadores y adiestradores de mascotas una app de citas, recordatorios, agenda, ficha de mascotas con fechas de vacunas y controles, premios, cobros y herramientas de venta con su propia marca, y un buscador. Patita es una herramienta comercial y administrativa: no da atención ni consejo veterinario.
2. Para dueños de mascotas
- La atención, el precio y los pagos son entre usted y el negocio. Patita no atiende a su mascota ni recibe su dinero.
- Patita no es para emergencias: si su mascota tiene una, llame o vaya directamente a su veterinaria o a una clínica de emergencias.
- Los recordatorios de vacunas y controles dependen de que el negocio anote las fechas; la salud de su mascota la decide con su veterinario.
- Use datos verdaderos y no haga reservas falsas; el negocio puede bloquear números que abusen. Respete las reglas de puntualidad y cancelación de cada negocio.
3. Para veterinarias y servicios para mascotas
- El negocio es responsable de la información que publica (servicios, precios, horarios, fotos), de la atención que da, de tener los permisos, regencias y colegiaturas que su actividad requiera y de tratar los datos de sus clientes conforme a la Ley N.º 8968.
- Los nombres de servicios deben ser generales (por ejemplo "Consulta general", "Baño perro mediano"), sin diagnósticos.
- La historia clínica de cada mascota es responsabilidad del negocio. Si usa la función «Abrir historia clínica», se guarda en su propio Google Drive; el negocio decide la cuenta de Google, su seguridad y su conservación.
- Las fechas de vacunas y controles que anota en Patita son una ayuda para recordar; el negocio verifica cada dato antes de avisar al dueño.
- Los premios, descuentos y promociones son del negocio: el negocio define sus reglas y los cumple.
- Cada persona del equipo usa su propia cuenta; el negocio quita el acceso a quien deja de trabajar con él.
- Los cobros a sus clientes los recibe el negocio directamente; Patita no cobra comisiones por cita.
- Al terminar los 30 días gratis, la mensualidad se paga según el plan acordado. Si no se paga, Patita puede suspender la página de citas sin borrar los datos. El negocio puede descargar una copia de sus datos y terminar el servicio cuando quiera.
4. Uso prohibido
No se permite: intentar acceder a datos de otros, atacar o sobrecargar el sistema, enviar formularios automáticos o falsos, guardar diagnósticos o tratamientos en campos de la plataforma, publicar contenido ilegal, engañoso u ofensivo, ni usar Patita para enviar spam. Podemos suspender cuentas que lo hagan y avisar a las autoridades.
5. Disponibilidad
Trabajamos para que Patita esté disponible siempre, pero puede haber interrupciones por mantenimiento o por fallas de proveedores o de internet. El servicio se presta "tal cual". Le recomendamos tener a mano la agenda del día.
6. Responsabilidad
En la medida que permita la ley, Patita no responde por la atención que da cada negocio, por citas no atendidas, por recordatorios no enviados, por el contenido de las historias clínicas en Google Drive ni por pérdidas indirectas. La responsabilidad total de Patita frente a un negocio se limita a lo que este pagó en mensualidades en los últimos tres meses.
7. Propiedad
La marca Patita, el diseño y el software son de INVERSIONES MÚLTIPLES E & V LIMITADA. Cada negocio conserva su marca, sus fotos y sus datos.
8. Privacidad
El tratamiento de datos se rige por nuestra Política de privacidad.
9. Ley y jurisdicción
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Costa Rica y cualquier conflicto se resolverá ante sus tribunales.
10. Contacto y cambios
Escríbanos a privacidad@patitacr.com. Si cambiamos estos términos, publicaremos la nueva versión aquí con su fecha.
Terms of Use
1. What Patita is
Patita, by INVERSIONES MÚLTIPLES E & V LIMITADA, Costa Rican legal ID 3-102-765868, gives veterinary clinics, livestock and equine vets, groomers, pet hotels, daycares, dog walkers and trainers a branded appointment, reminder, scheduling, pet record with vaccine and check-up dates, rewards, payment and sales app, plus a finder. Patita is a business and administrative tool: it does not provide veterinary care or advice.
2. For pet owners
- Care, prices and payments are between you and the business. Patita does not treat your pet or receive your money.
- Patita is not for emergencies: call or go directly to your vet or an emergency clinic.
- Vaccine and check-up reminders depend on the business recording the dates; decisions about your pet's health are made with your vet.
- Use truthful data and do not make fake bookings; businesses may block abusive numbers. Follow each business's punctuality and cancellation rules.
3. For veterinary clinics and pet services
- The business is responsible for what it publishes (services, prices, hours, photos), for the care it provides, for holding any permits and licenses its activity requires and for handling its clients' data under Law No. 8968.
- Service names must be general, without diagnoses.
- Each pet's medical record is the business's responsibility. If the "Open medical record" feature is used, it is stored in the business's own Google Drive; the business chooses the account, its security and retention.
- Vaccine and check-up dates recorded in Patita are a reminder aid; the business checks each one before contacting the owner.
- Rewards, discounts and promotions belong to the business, which sets and honors their rules.
- Each staff member uses their own account; the business removes access for people who leave.
- Payments from clients are received directly by the business; Patita charges no per-appointment commission.
- After the 30-day free trial, the monthly fee is paid per the agreed plan; unpaid accounts may have their booking page suspended without deleting data. The business may download a copy of its data and end the service at any time.
4. Prohibited use
Accessing others' data, attacking or overloading the system, automated or fake submissions, storing diagnoses or treatments in platform fields, illegal, misleading or offensive content, or spam are not allowed and may lead to suspension and reporting to authorities.
5. Availability
We aim for continuous availability, but interruptions may occur. The service is provided "as is". Keep the day's schedule at hand.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Patita is not liable for the care each business provides, missed appointments, reminders not sent, the content of medical records in Google Drive or indirect losses. Patita's total liability to a business is limited to the fees paid in the last three months.
7. Ownership
The Patita brand, design and software belong to INVERSIONES MÚLTIPLES E & V LIMITADA. Each business keeps its brand, photos and data.
8. Privacy
Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica and any dispute will be resolved before its courts.
